Mach3 Shipping & Returns
Ordering: It is important to use part numbers when placing your orders. This will speed your order, as well as help to eliminate errors. Hours: Business hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST.
Returns/Store Credit: All returns are subject to a 30% restocking charge. Permission to return any UNUSED item for a store credit of the purchase price less shipping, taxes and handling must be requested within 7 days from the shipping date and is subject to our approval. If there is a problem with any of your parts, M3K will need to inspect them with an emailed picture and a merchandise return number before any Store Credit is made. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number from M3K before any item can be sent back. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Store Credits are processed once your request has been received at our shipping center.
Here is a list of what you will need to send us for your store credit.
• A copy of the original receipt
• Return Request Number
• The product in question.
Please allow 3-4 weeks to process your Store Credit.
If you need an in store credit on an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your credit once we've received and processed your request.
Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method.
Un-returnable Items Include: Cut Tires, Prep, Special Orders, Custom Orders, Altered items, Used items and Discounted or Close Out items. Products used in racing or off road conditions are not warranted by Mach3 Karting, LLc.
Sale merchandise: All products sold on closeout specials are considered final and may not be returned for credit
Shipping: All orders are shipped via U.P.S. or USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. All shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Double Check that the address you gave is correct. UPS charges $11.00 for any errors in the shipping address; we will charge this to you if your address is incorrect.
Express Shipping: Our website calculator does not take dimensions into consideration when figuring shipping costs. We have made the necessary adjustments for Ground shipping; however, Express shipping may be more than quoted. If this is the case, we will contact you before we ship.
If you pay for express shipping, your order will be shipped ASAP. Express orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST. will be processed the Next Business Day. All standard shipping orders will be shipped within a day or two of payment receipt. If for some reason we are not able to ship within a few days, we will contact you.
Our site does not offer Saturday Delivery, however, if you would like that option for Next Day Shipments Only, please make note of it with your order, and we will contact you with shipping costs.
Minimum Order: We have a minimum order requirement of $25.00.
Insurance: UPS covers packages up to $100.00, anything over that amount; you will have to ask for a quote. US Postal Service does not cover any amount, so you will have to get a quote for that also.
Refused shipments: Refused shipments are subject to a 30% Handling Fee. All shipping costs incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.
Freight claims: Delivery of all merchandise is the responsibility of the carrier. Always check the condition of the cartons and the merchandise in the presence of the delivery person. In the event of damaged or missing items, file a claim immediately with the delivery carrier. Be sure that you keep all damaged cartons for inspection. We will be glad to assist you in any way possible, but cannot guarantee any settlement with the carrier.
Cancellations: If you have place an order with us and decide to cancel the order before it has been shipped, but after we have processed your credit card, you will be subject to a 30% fee.
Terms: All products are shipped after payment is received. Payment may be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Money Order or Cashier’s Check. You must contact M3K in order to send back any products. No package will be accepted without the proper authorization.
Bad checks: Any account having a returned check (for any reason) will be placed on C.O.D. Certified Check. To avoid legal action, the check must be redeemed by certified check immediately. All checks returned will be charged a $35 fee. If legal action is required for collection the customer will be responsible for all legal fees.
Backorders: All backorders will be shipped as soon as possible. If you do not want backorders please advise when placing your order.
Warranty items: Mach3 Karting, LLc. makes no warranties what so ever, expressed or implied, oral or written. Many products do carry a limited warranty from the manufacturer and these products are subject to the approval of the manufacturer before a replacement or credit is issued. We will help you as much as possible to obtain replacement or credit.
